ClearAxis is operated by your customs brokerage. This product processes shipment, clearance, and billing data needed to run your files and client portal.

We store account credentials, operational records, and documents you upload. Access is limited to authorized staff and invited client users for your tenant. We do not sell personal data.

For data requests or deletion questions, contact your brokerage administrator or the address on your portal invite.
